From Corporate Career to Calling: Ladan Madresehee’s Journey to Leave it to ME, LLC

At 17, as junior class president, Ladan Madresehee organized her high school prom complete with an ice sculpture. While her classmates got ready for the dance, she ran around handling every detail. “I truly felt so alive and good,” she remembers. Those prom colors would eventually become her brand identity, but it would take 20 years in corporate telecommunications before she’d follow that early passion into entrepreneurship.

In this Coffee and Conversation keynote, Ladan shares her journey from immigrant child to reluctant corporate employee to founder of Leave it to ME, LLC, where she’s carved out a unique niche planning end-of-life celebrations.

Her approach goes beyond traditional event planning by offering families emotional support and practical expertise during one of life’s most difficult moments. She also discusses her innovative “Final Gift” program, which allows individuals to pre-plan their own celebrations.
