The Immigrant Business Women Circle has been busy supporting our community throughout the month of October.
On October 7th, we attended “The 2022 Raise the Region Gala” with the Community Foundation for Northern Virginia. It was fun to finally be able to dress up and unite with others to support Northern Virginia. The gala was a great success and raised a total of $650,000.
The following week, we were at the Loudoun Literacy Council’s “NOT Your Kid’s Spelling Bee”. We enjoyed comradery as we challenged each other in spelling contests and naming that tune. We were honored to join with Loudoun Literacy Council to raise $35,000 to help support literacy in our community.
