Nikki Daruwala has over 30 years of experience as a nonprofit strategist, specializing in mission advancement, fundraising, and corporate responsibility. A dynamic professional, Ms. Daruwala offers exceptional leadership and operational skills with a passion for social and economic justice. She brings vision, diligence, and expertise to help organizations grow and transition their missions and operations.
From the beginning of her career, Ms. Daruwala has been a tireless advocate for labor and human rights, gender and racial diversity and responsible corporate global citizenship. Through her work with national and international organizations and corporations, she’s advanced the rights of individuals and pioneered the ways we think of sustainability and corporate responsibility today.
Ms. Daruwala has also strengthened her local community, both in her tenure as Executive Director of the Loudoun Literacy Council, as well as being founder and president of NDPoint Strategies. She’s provided superior service in operational assessment, program development, strategic planning, revenue generation, and operational leadership to dozens of clients since 2014.

She holds an undergraduate degree from Ithaca College in Psychology and Business, and a Master’s degree from the University of Massachusetts at Amherst in Industrial & Labor Relations. Ms. Daruwala and her husband live in Potomac Falls, Virginia and have two grown daughters.
